Its worth doing a netstat in your cmd to make sure no sites have linked to your computer and using it to send messages!

It is possible your IP has reset to a blacklisted IP address thus blocked by some ISP's and possibly flagged by google.

Maybe you're sharing your IP Address with other people on your network or properly using an ISP Proxy server with auto assigned IP's ;)

Just wait for a couple of hours and you will be able to search again :)

Just wait a while and try again, it should be resolved in a couple of hours.

Sometime it happens for poor route.
Just disconnect from Internet and reconnect again.

I seen this error before. Maybe you're entering queries and hit search button so often in a minute.

Sometimes the problems might be temporary ISP related matters which are resolved pretty fast in most cases.

I was a member on a forum that got hacked once. The hacker did something (no clue what) that caused most of us searching for that forum on google to get that message. So there could a chance it's not you, and that it's related to the site.

That's interesting, so perhaps this is Google's way of preventing some sort of query assault or DOS attack for queries. Never seen it before...

Google was doing some maintenance and most of its site were all out. Like Adwords, Gmail and Adsense.
