What would you recommend for article submissions? Is there a good site that you use? Or better yet, is there a site that you just submit to that then turns around and submits to many other sites? Don't recommend me stuff you own / sell, thanks.
I recommend that you read this thread and this thread for lots of information on services which syndicate articles to blogs/article directories. I'd recommend Article Ranks and Unique Article Wizard. I'd also recommend submitting to the top 20 or so article directories, making sure that each article is unique (spinning is the quickest way to achieve this and I'd recommend Magic Article Rewriter for that). I don't own any of the above and there are no affiliate links either

i recommand prlog - its free press release, the great thing about it that your article will be syndicate to lots of many other sites, yesterday i found my press release linked from some squidoo pages!!!!!!!
