    In my opinion, Yahoo is at 2nd position means after google. Yahoo gives more weightage to on page optimization. so it rank the new sites fast as compared to google. But Yahoo is better than Bing.

    The only reason Yahoo is still relevant is because their toolbar is added with installation of almost every program in the world so non-computer literate people just see a search box on their browser which is yahoo and end up using it. harhar.

    Since Yahoo results are just powered by Bing, wouldn't this just mean that you just like Bing's results? In this case why still use Yahoo when it would seem that Bing's results are the same?

    I like both of them, they complement each other. I use google as main search engine but i also use yahoo if i am not get the best result from google.

    I prefer google as well but the stupid instant thingy ticks me really off sometimes. Just feels buggy as hell and I don't want to be shown a new SERP for every letter I type in of my target keyword.
    I guess with the fusion with Bing Yahoo/Bing will have more resources at hand now to improve their service/results and compete with Google.
