I have been working since 3 months with my travel site and my goal was to have a pr 5 or 4 , but now I was surprised that my site increase from pr 0 to pr2, now I would like to heard your suggestion to accomplish my goal? so what is the next step ?
going from 0 to 2 is easy but from 2 to 4 or even 5 is very difficult. this surely depends on how high the PR of your coming backlinks will have.
As Jophan said, from PR2-4 or 5 is very difficult. There is one site of my old company's, got PR 3 in first 3 months, and worked very hard for one year to PR 4.
It's very difficult to reach a PR5 from PR2. I'm sure you can do it, but just know that it's going to be a process that needs a lot of your time. Yugo,
As YugoSlavac has already said, it is indeed difficult to reach PR5 from PR2. It will need lot of good quality content thus your time investment is necessary.
collect more and more backlink to get your goal.... as jophan said, jumping from PR 2 to PR 4 or 5 is a hard task
Its hard task and take a long time to perform but try to get back links from high pr & relevant sites.
It takes lots of efforts to reach PR 5...its not that easy. But you should shop worrying about PR...it doesnt have as much importance as it used to have some time back
Been at 3 for well over a year - even with high serps in many keywords - so, it should not be your top concern. Consider it a cosmetic reward. Try to rank for whatever you are selling. A PR 5 with no traffic means nothing - and there are plenty of high ranking sites who got there by accident and do not have what they needed as an end result.
Hi there, It's quite tough to reach at that position but if you will continuously concentrate on traffic generation you might get it.
I think gaining PR is not so easy when it comes from pr 2 - 5. You need to work hard and just have a patinece too as it takes some long time to get the good PR.
