I go to the site and look around. Im thinking this is legit. (and im not easily fooled) The site looks professional, not made for adsense or anything. There is a sign up form, and the FAQ talks about receiving an invoice in my welcome kit - so clearly there is a fee somewhere - but I dont know how much.

I then notice there is no PR on the page im looking at. So I go back to the homepage, no PR and not cached. SO I check whois - and the domain was created on 12-16-05.

Someone did a good job here - (Almost) had me fooled!
