Well, I reached the 50 posts, so I am waiting to see if I will be having any revenue but I am not sure how this hole thing works as I do not have any "ad for content" active right now!

It is a good idea! But according to Google Adsense policy:
"Any AdSense code must be pasted directly into webpages without modification. AdSense participants are not allowed to alter any portion of the code or change the behavior, targeting, or delivery of ads. For instance, clicks on Google ads may not result in a new browser window being launched."

If you can change pubID, then it means somehow you have to modify the AdSense code to populate the various pubID right. So is it ok to do so?

um how is that modifying the code?

Don't except much, you'll only make a few cents.

i don't understand why this, such an old thread, remains active and unlocked.

There are dozen of newer threads about the same (DP's revenue sharing) inside the Adsense forum (including one posted myself) so if you think it is worth keep talking on this topic, I would suggest move this thread to the Google/Adsense forum.

Just my humble point of view, ignore me if I'm wrong ;)

The revenue sharing is just a little amusement that's all and if you're planning to get some bucks out of here, get a site.

I can see people coming here when they never ever had a site before or just want to look at where to start off at... In fact I've had a few PMs about how to get a website up online.

I don't use Adsense but this is a really good idea for generating revenue as well as content for your forum.

Thanks for this idea. I have to admit, this was what motivated me to sign up on this site, but I hope that my posts will have actual value to the forum. :)
One question - when does digitalpoint verify with the Google Adsense setup site that it has permission to post ads? I mean, when I signed up for other revenue sharing sites it asked me "do you want to allow this site to publish ads in your name" or something. Does this only happen after you reach the 50 posts limit or what?

How do you start this working? I have done over 50 posts and still don't see my ads showing up after refreshing the page many times as a check. I checked the url of the adsense links, and they're all showing a different ca-pub to mine.
Whenever I register with another revenue sharing adsense tool it opens a page from google saying "do you want to allow this site to use your account?" or something like it. Does this need to happen before the ads start?

50% share of revenue generated through your "threads" - threads, not replies to other's thread.
And yes, if you're logged, you won't see your ads.

sorry for the duplicate post. I wasn't seeing my first post show up.
Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any impressions in my adsense account either, and I have started one thread that has had a few views, so I'm thinking something is wrong here......
But anyway, don't expect to earn much. Has anyone else earned anything yet?
