Imagine a potential author has his own website, gets an account and ... cancels his site some months later (or, vice versa, his blog). Do you know whether this influences the adsense account?

 

No it won't cancel your adsense account. Also once you have an adsense account, you can place the adsense ads on any number of sites. But all the sites having adsense ads must be in accordance with google adsense TOS.

That's a great idea, and i totally support it.

Only problem, for some reason I can't enter the channel ID, but that's not a biggie.

 

Make sure you are adding correct channel id. I remember when i opted to add the data I was adding DP in the channel id and was getting error.
channel id is just a numeric digits which you will found in your adsense code.

Go to your adsense account and add URL channel http://forums.digitalpoint.com/. You would able to see clicks and impression after doing this.

That income may have come from different channel. Just make sure before you claim something like that.

Yep, it's nonsense. I can see the gentleman in question hasn't got channels set up and I find it hard to believe his sole source of Adsense income is DP! I looked back through his posts and they are completely average, not the sort to see a lot of activity, and hence impressions - any more than mine are, say. I rest my case, it's a troll.

Well its impossible to earn $50 is few days from DP. I hardly earn $3 from 4 month of used.

I think .ultimate should use URL channel to know earnings from various sites.
