hahaha... you really believe that? . 1,000 people get on the street to protest something and get a movement going and they are tear gassed and swept up into "holding pens" and arrested. Is that what you call freedom? If you're not allowed to get your idea to people (gov. controlled media, arrest, etc) then how can the masses ever know the truth? hahahaha.. once again so gullible. I'm sure you think both bush elections were fraud free... not all of us give the gov. that much credibility .
Because every demonstration these days seems to have some peace protesting dipshits deciding to throw rocks at cop cars. You can start small in your own community, start getting media attention from there and then stepping things up if there is a demand for you to be seen and heard. Many movements have started from the ground up by individuals or small groups dedicating themselves to their causes. So what about California? Did Schwarzenegger get elected thru fraud as well? I would love to see some proof. My mind is open. I haven't seen anything close to proof. If I saw something worth paying attention to, I would consider the possibility of fraud, but then who is to say that the other side didn't do wrong as well. Seriously, man: prove it!
I read a article a little while back about those ballot machines. Those machines where manufactured by Diebold (the same company that produces ATM machines by the way) and they where easy to manipulate and where far from fraud proof. Anyone with access to the machines could alter them and access to the machines there was for someone with these intentions.
Here are some articles you can read through that reveals how fragile the whole automated voting system was... http://www.computerweekly.com/Articles/2003/12/03/199060/SecurityflawsfoundinUSe-votemachines.htm http://www.salon.com/tech/feature/2004/02/09/voting_machines/index_np.html http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/WO0503/S00147.htm http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=21721 http://www.bbvforums.org/cgi-bin/forums/board-auth.cgi?file=/1954/15595.html
If it ain't broke don't fix it! The internet works fine on its own. when the goverment starts to mess with it, they do things like make it a crime to annoy someone lol. No, There needs to be no internet cops. Besides, America is a free country(or at least it used to be) The stupid things the gov comes up with for offline laws just shows that they really need to stay away from the net. If they do start making more stupid ass laws like this one, pretty soon you have to blow into alittle tube before you computer will log on to make sure your not drunk.
ok, so basicly, if I don't like someone I can say he's annoying and he goes to jail? Am I missing something here..?
Kind of sounds like it is designed to target spammers. That is annoying. But messengers like yahoo would be stupid, ignore buttons work great.
Ha, what do ya know.. I submitted the story to prisonplanet/infowars and they've picked it up! http://prisonplanet.com/articles/january2006/100106eannoyance.htm
Somewhat related story that is toooo funny: http://www.courttv.com/news/2006/0112/chatroom_suit_ctv.html My favorite part: So, I have to assume that he accepts the characterization that he is fat, bald, broke and an old man. Its the wheelchair bit, man, now that's low LOL
Yeah, and for some reason it's easier to mess with them where you don't feel like everything that you're saying is being recorded
