Novice: can't find syntax error

    Hi,

    I know next to nothing about Javascript but I recently designed a site with Dreamweaver (big mistake) and it used Javascript to do a few things with menus and stuff. All said and done the site displays ok on my mac but there is a syntax error according to firebug in firefox and the syntax error is preventing IE from displaying the page at all. Since I know zero about Javascript and Dreamweaver doesn't seem to notice the syntax problem I was hoping someone would be able to do a quick scan of the following code and let me know what the problem is. I'd really appreciate it.

    OMG, the code was generated by DreamWeaver? this is so I mean messed up and unorganized code.
    FireFox or IE altest may be reporting the line number, it is hard to read all the code.
