    Posted this back in November, but all I received was lowball offers. Sorry, $1500 for this site is not gonna work. I got a $1k offer on the domain name alone.

    Just an update. Site now has 2,553 members and 213k posts. Cumulative stats from Google Analytics since I posted this last:

    102,673 Visits
    927,975 Pageviews
    9.04 Pages/Visit 18.96% Bounce Rate
    00:07:55 Avg. Time on Site
    19.87% % New Visits

    Right now, the site has between 4000-4500 backlinks according to the backlink sites out there. It ranks well in search engines... this is as turn key as you can possibly get for a Notre Dame fan out there that would like to own a profitable sports forum.     FYI, I met Latwan Anderson last week and he's about 5'8" in person. (assuming you are SWG).


    This reminds me of a much smaller Buckeye Planet. An "off network" recruiting/team site. Can you tell me who updates the recruiting information (the verbals and offers in the right column)?

    I would be interested if you update all the stats in public here instead of PM. Don't mind, If you have a genuine reason to sell then you dont need to bother about updating real traffic and revenue stats here.
