Notification of Limited Account Access

Dear senior,

I need an urgent assistance regarding the last issue in my PayPal account
I cannot withdraw the money to my credit card due to “Notification of Limited Account Access”

I have make a contact to PayPal by email, but till now there is no response
I even don’t what caused my account set to limited, this is my first used since registration and confirming credit card

They always tell you (on the site, after you logged on) exactly what is wrong. You just have to follow the steps and it is fixed.

unfortunately there is no message at all
it seem that there is nothing wrong with my account, the only problem is that i cannot withdraw it to my credit card

and when I am going to resolution center / help center there is no open case regarding my problem...

I noticed that you have a link to 'Limit' in your account. Perhaps you could click that and see what your limit is.

It is also possible that the particular credit card which you included cannot be loaded with Paypal balances. Not all credit card can work so you need to check with your bank to see if they permit it.

When you contact Paypal, do not email them but use the Contact Us to communicate with paypal.

Yes there was link called 'View limits", when I click it, it only sow me a page that inform me the amount allowed each day to transfer to credit card "Your daily card withdrawal limit is: $500.00 USD", even that I request to withdraw $100 it will show error like this "You cannot withdraw money via credit card right now because your access to your PayPal account has been limited."

Yes, I use contact us through Help center but till now no one response on it.
any other Idea?

Is that problem if the name in paypal account different with credit card??
for example in paypal i use John john but it credit card is john, it because i don't have last name so i type my first name is the last name field at paypal registration.

And does anybody know what is paypal fax number?
Edd, how long it paypal will get response in each email send to them through contact us link??
