    i have received e-mail from paypal with subject : Notification of Limited Account Access. why?

    as the title said, your account had been limited, this means that paypal suspects some unusual things in your account

    Login to your paypal account and go to resolution center. There you can find step by step information about how to remove limitations from your limited paypal account.

    Often it is something non-serious that you can resolve easily, like an account limit on withdrawals.

    Yes as DON said go to the resolution center and you need to following the steps mentioned there and once you successfully follow those steps, your account will become normal.

    Usually the email will mention why you are limited. Otherwise it would be found in the resolution center.

    DON'T click any links in the e-mail. I get them often and it's always been a phishing attempt. At least in my case.

    the resolution center will ask you to submit your cc and bank details for verification.
