hmmm, not sure. But it may be a scam, I dont know, but make sure, just forward email to and ask if it came from them, if so, then ask for help, try calling them up, I did that when I ad trouble and it worked fine

Well it is hard to give information if we have no idea what you are selling. It sounds like you are breaking some rules so it would help to know what you are selling and the URL to the website.

send them a message describing your deal and include messages and invoices.
maybe the problem is with the account you sent money too?

Best way is to call them and look for help from them. Explain to them everything u can send an email in writing to the rep if he/she is unable to understand you well or if you are not able to express yourself much.

Also, in payment processing section you will find a lot of solutions to these kind of problems.

This is what you wrote, if you are selling nothing, just call them and tell them that. You did not go to your account through a link in the email did you? If not, just call them and get it resolved because without all the details, noone here can really help you.

I'm a bit surprised that PayPal would handle the situation this way. First of all, the email appears very "scammy." Second, links in an email like this are a big no-no. That's exactly the way a phisher would trick you into giving out your account information using a fake PayPal site. If this is legit, PayPal needs to change the way they deal with these situations.
