The eCPM for my online games’ website has been rising gradually since the beginning of this year, which caught my eye since it never hurts to replicate something that you’re doing right. Given that this represents earnings per thousand impressions, traffic could not be a factor. Could it be the click-through (CTR) rate? Potentially, but calculating the earnings-per-click (EPC) in isolation also derived a significant increase. A news article released today (click here to read it) may be a possible justification for the rise in earnings, so I thought I would share it with the rest of you. This is a step in the right direction for the Adsense program, and higher publisher earnings.
