I had this problem once with my blogger account. I ended up just closing the blog for lack of interest. But never really understood why.

    A few ideas:

    1) Is it a new blog? May need time.
    2) Remove the ads and try re-generating the google ads.
    3) I know in Blogger CP, their are options for Google adsense. Maybe a setting is off?
    4) Just give it time or start new blog.

sorry for the vague responses. But just throwing it out there.

PSAs usually occur for two reasons:

    1. There's no ad inventory for the topic.
    2. AdSense can't figure out what your topic is.

You can fix #2 via better ad targeting, but you can't fix #1. Note, however, that the ad inventory varies by country and/or language, depending on what advertisers are targeting. Use the geolocation feature of the preview tool to see if ads are showing up in your primary markets.

Don't forget you can use the alternate URL feature to display your own alternate ads instead of PSAs. PSAs generally look terrible, anyhow, better to put something -- even things that don't make you money -- than to leave them in. IMHO.

It usually takes a while, I have found it varies quite a bit between blogs of mine, probably depending on the content. You could always refresh the page for a while until relevant ads appear, but I am not sure if this is against adsense tos.

I agree - Please check the topic - reason is google could not find any suitable ad for the topic.
Always take highly paid keywords, when you create blogs.
What is the subject of your blog.

Refresh a page continually won't do you much good. The key is to get the crawler to come again and analyze your page. For testing purposes, you can do this just by adding a query parameter (something like "?a=1") to the end of the URL after you make some changes. Do this, wait a few minutes, and refresh the page (with the query parameter) again. You should see different ads because the crawler came and took a look at the URL (it thinks it's a different URL because of the query parameter). If things don't work again, change the query parameter (try "?a=2") and repeat the process until things look OK.

This is discussed more extensively in chapter 3 of Uncommon AdSense, but I just gave you the gist of the method.
