    Anybody else having any problems? or is it just me?
    I went to update my keywords today and they all went to N/A - my first thought was 'this is impossible!'
    I re-checked them and noticed that it checked them all in about 2 seconds. It can't be checking them, anybody know whats going on?

    If you click on one manually to look up just that one, do you get an error?

    Yes... if you left-click on it, any error will be returned (in red).

    It gives a placement of 0??? Are you using the advanced usage script? If so, have you tried it without using it?

    Well, its working today - It could have been when I switched the scripts the other day but that shouldn't have changed anything because the first host was working fine

    Oh well, thanks for the help!

    I'm having the same problem with results ... all showing N/A and -9,900something change. When I click the keyword I get a red error ("Google error" something like that.)

    What to do?

    Hi,

    I've been getting the same error for a week now: "Unknown Google server error" in red.

    This is after I check manually, when I see a -9900 drop for a Google search term I know I am ranking well for.

    It's a strange one. It affects particular terms only, in other words, when I check another "good" term moments later, the result is OK, but when I check the "duff" term I sometimes get this:

    The request returned the following error:
    Unexpected result from your server:

    <br />
    <b>Warning</b>: fsockopen(): php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in <b>/home/windowto/public_html/public_html/digital.php</b> on line <b>12</b><br />
    <br />
    <b>Warning</b>: fsockopen(): unable to connect to api.search.yahoo.com:80 in <b>/home/windowto/public_html/public_html/digital.php</b> on line <b>12</b><br />
    a:1:{s:7:"results";s:4:"9999";}

    Sometimes I can check an hour or so later and the term is OK. Feel free to have a look, the user name is "Peter_Foghill"

    Cheers,
    Paz.

    Looks like it's an issue with DNS resolution for the server you are running the advanced usage script on.

    Yeah... that would make sense actually, against some other problems I was having with the site, but wasn't sure about.

    Cheers,
    Paz.
