not working in IE

    my site is http://www.escuadronhunter.mikekimpland.com and if it is opened in FF it seems correct.. well almost.. i still dont know how to do something but that isnt my problem right now.. my problem is if i open it in IE.. it wont open correctly.. lots of stuff are out of place... can i get help?
