Not Validating - No URL Given

    www.cutleryhq.com

Site has been running Coop for almost a year.

    Ads are live.

Site failed validation on 4/6 (today). When I try to revalidate, I get

    "Ads not found on "

    and no URL given.

Site is in ASP - all my toehr site (about 50 of them) are running the same Coop ASP script. All of them are (currently anyway) fine.

    Thanks,

Been having the same prob off and on, a few people too

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=70862

I solved mine by putting either http://yoursite.com/index.php or even just http://yoursite.com/? if you PR is on the URL by itself... For some reason that will work to validate when the bare http://yoursite.com won't

    I tried http:/www.cuteryhq.com/

Didn't try the ? after it. I guess I will.

Update: putting in the ? after the trailing slash worked. Site validated with http://www.cutleryhq.com/?

Holding my breath, I re-validated one of my other sites that still just lists the base url with no trailing slash or ?. It re-validated fine.

Wonder what went on with my cutlery site?

beats me, my other sites validate fine too. The ones I'm having problems with validating though, are the ones that have recently had a bunch of new pages indexed (from nothing) by Google, and PR to go along with it. The dead sites that haven't moved consistantly validate just fine, but the 2 or 3 that have had a lot of index activity the past couple weeks, have been a real PITA. I'm wondering if that's got something to do with it too...?

    Interesting theory riotz....

I just checked pages indexed and it did increase considerably since last time I checked it, but the PR hasn't changed.

I just ran into the same problem and solved it by adding the trailing "/?" -- so, whatever it is, it could grow to be a problem.

No luck for me  Adding '/?' still gives me error "Ads not found on http://www.tipsdb.com/?/". Removing the '/?' gives "Ads not found on http://www.tipsdb.com/" error.

    Shawn, can you pls help?
