not validated but referral weigh

    If your site is not validated (no adds on the site) but you've got referrals, does your adds show in the network?

    Ok, nobody here has an answer? :confused:
    I've got a good referal (near 3k) and I've talked with some friends to join the network.
    Do my account have to be validated in order my adds to show up? I guess I'll have to wait a day and ask at MSN. :(
