i am looking to build a site to sell an ebook but I can't seem to find a script for this to build a simple page with a few links. I would like something with alittle security so the book just can't be downloaded by anyone. I have looked around on google but not coming up with much. any help would be appreciated.

You could try ezypal (http://www.ezypal.com/) but it is probably over-engineering your requirements at the moment. Good if you decide to add to your product list I guess. Why not just make a one-page website with a Paypal button on it?
yeah, but he wants a automatic download area. and a secure one, so that one page and paypal button wont work if alot of ppl buy the ebook
Since your selling an eBook try clickbank's services, they specialiae in digital products. They also have a secure server, payment method etc and you cna get affiliates to promote your product for you.
