    But, does anyone know where I could get a banner for my website? I would be willing to pay for even a cheap banner.

    If you want one made, you will usually have to pay. The correct section is the Buy, Trade and Sell forum but I can make you a cheap banner if you like. PM me your budget and what you need it to look like.
