Not sure if this is the right area, But I have to ask - Are there AD Rotators?

I have numerous accounts with cpa/cpc networks and I have been looking for a good ad rotator.

An honest to goodness rotator that I can insert the codes in and it will change the ads each time the page changes or refreshes.

It would be even better if it could track which ads it has shown someone and show other ads before repeating.

Another cool feature would be that tracking pixel insert to do ad following (I forget the term right now) on other sites.

Anybody have any suggestions?
