Not spam newsletters go to spam folders...

I use an autoresponder to send my newsletters about my prduct's info and related topics. My newsletters are sent every 3-5days for a month. I use an autorespnder cgi script and it is installed on my dedicated server.

It is absolutely opt-in so only people who agreed with my privacy policy and stuff are supposed to be subscribing to it.

However, my newsletters are getting to spam-folders recently. When I sterted my autoresponder-newsletter half a year ago, the spam level of my newsletter was 0 out of 10, accoding to an anti-spam software on my e-mail server.(I check my newsletter's spam level by sending them to my own e-mail address).

The spam level gradually increased, from 0 to 1, 1 to 2, 2 to 2.5 or something like that and now the spam level is 4.5. Some free e-mail providers like hotmail or yahoo started to consider my newsletter spamming.

Is it a problem you cannot do anything about these days?
Or is there something I could do about it?

I tried to use a different domain but with the same result (high spam level).
I suppose I can change my dedicated server's ip address but it is likely that the same thing happens again and I can't keep changing it.

I would understand this if I was spamming but I clearly say what the topics will be and how often the newsletter will be sent so I'm kind of upset.

    Any advice is appreciated.
    Thanks!

It a normal problem if you are using autoresponder or mass mail program... you cannot avoid that unless you tell your subscribers to add your address..
