Well, at the moment no monetization except adsense. Something about $100 on adsense. Best way to monetize such site is offer paid ads. Function itself is ready on this website - need to link to billing.

Currently not so much traffic - 100-150uv.

Again this is not kind of website that is best for adsense - this could be REAL business if someone has opportunity for promotion.

Site price is fixed and is 3400GBP (that's about $5500). For me it's possible to meet possible buyer in person in London. I'd be glad if site will be sold to someone from the UK. To buyer I could provide full consultation about structure of site, etc.
