not register a new account

    Had your friend confirmed their email address with facebook?
    It looks like a problem with their facebook account and therefore you need to take that up with facebook.

    It is a problem with the facebook account, not this forum. This forum will not register your account because your facebook account is unconfirmed.

    I guess he use phone number while creating facebook account, as an error say, maybe you need to add an email...
