Not Receiving Payments or much Support from Clickbank

    Has anyone had this problem.

    I hadn't used my clickbank account in a couple of years but made friends with an internet marketer who gave some tips. I stared placing ads for two clickbank products. I received hundreds of click throughs but not a single sale.

    I wrote clickbank and they responded within their two days respond time that my account is fine and working properly and perhaps I should go over my marketing approaches. I'm not the best marketer but with over 500 click throughs and hundreds of dollars in advertising I should have made one sale. So I go on the net with my personal email (not my clickbank) and I buy a product from my add. Low and behold I received the product but no commission.

    So I wrote back, copied all my details, the receipt and everything. It took clickbank 5 days to respond and then said the didn't receive the receipt. So I recopied all my info and reopened the ticket. That was 6 days ago and no response from clickbank.

    I have always thought clickbank to be reputable but there customer service on this issue has been terrible.

    Has anyone else had this problem??? Any suggestions or Soultions

    You know how many times I have read this exact same message over the years? Here goes....

    1) 25% of your sales come from first time visitors on most products. (most, but not all products)
    2) the other 75% come from repeated visits to your site or via an opt-in email. You need to wait a full 60 days before you can judge how well you marketing is working. If there in your vendors marketing funnel they may need a few emails to be convenced to buy. w

    I got a $75.00 commision just the other day on a opt-in list of one of my vendors from 3 years ago. Three years....

    Working in Tech Support I know it can sometimes take time for certain issues to get looked into and resolved. The ticket may need to get escalated up to a specific department that is very busy. But no I've never really ran into this type of issue.

    Thank you for your response. I do understand that sometimes it takes time for people to purchase. However I purchased from my link. I received the product but never got a commission, that is my concern. Any ideas why that happened?

    Are you sure your link was correct? There are a lot of people who make this mistake. On the payment page did your see your username at the bottom of the page?

    I don't know why they are doing this. I am doing the same but got all my payments from there. I think you must contact them again and try to convince them I hope they must give you the reason or payment.
