Replies to a watched thread Also have this option ticket for every thread I create. Watch this thread... and receive email notifications
Click on: https://www.digitalpoint.com/account/preferences Then check the box that say's "and receive email notifications of replies"
Just got email notification for your reply. Yes that one is already ticket. But not sure why I am not getting email notification for threads i post in website sale section. Not even showing alert in DP for those threads.
Click the "Watch Thread" option for your old ones. The preferences is just the default setting going forward. The email notifications are a per thread basis. You can also manage your watched threads in bulk here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/watched/threads/all
I am having issue with threads in website sales section. But I am getting notification for this thread in support section. The website sales threads are already in my watch list but never get any email notification or alert here for replies. A watch list doesn't necessarily mean an email alert. It can, but unless you set that thread for email alerts it won't.
I have set it for email alert. I am not even getting alerts when logged in here for replies to thread in Website sale section.
I'd double check the thread in question is on your watch list, and that individual thread is set for emails. Can you post a screenshot by chance?
I have attached screenshot of the watched thread list. I am sure email alert for the thread is active as it come default for all my threads. Can't find a option to check it now.
