    How much do you think a site like this would be worth:

    1,500-1,900 uniques per day.
    5,000+ pageviews per day

    Ranks number 1 in Google for 12 HIGHLY competitive key phrases and number 3-7 for 4-5 medium competitive key phrases.

    Couple thousand pages indexed in Google.

    pr0 - predicted pr5 ( I know predictions are worthless.)

    What would be the appraisal?

    "predicted pr" means your sites #1 rankings probably wont hold for long because your site is new and can get sandboxed anyday :eek:

    Yes, about $200 a month with 3 burstmedia CPM ads per page (Pay per mpression not pay per click) ads. Could be higher with G-Adsense and Tribalfusion.

    I would say you could get upto $800 - 1k (and possibly more) with the right buyer provided you have proofs of revenue for the last 6 months.

    Also depends on the quality of the sites design and content.

    You could run it through the tidgulator and figure it out. I tried to do it for you but I don't know the last three months of revenue or the domain or some other information.

    Usual guideline is 12 months x monthly revenue + any domain value, content niche.

    Perhaps $2500 +

    Hard to say without seeing the site.

    It's a hack or hack talk site. Since you asked for an appraisal and opinions.

    Maybe a $500??? BTW don't try Adsense or YPN on this, topics are against TOS.

    Nah, no way. psp-hacks.com and psphacks.net have the same content type as mine and net probably 5k a month with Adsense/Kontera/Blogads.

    it's game hacking and game homebrew , not website hacking or things like that.
