Hi, I have daily budget of £50 set and I've only spent £33.70 of my budget today but my ads no longer seem to be appearing on Google? Why would this be? I have set my ads to show mon-fri, 9-5pm. Thanks
Maybe your bids are under the first page bid? Maybe they are under the bid required for Google to show (hidden min bid)? Maybe the keywords just don't get enough impressions or your CTR is low so not getting enough clicks?
Here my tips. 1. Try to "switch off" the content network part. 2. Try to focus on search engine. 3. use seobook.com >> this exact link >> http://tools.seobook.com/keyword-tools/seobook/ 1. insert your main niche. let say you are selling computer 2. see the most phrase search 3. to save your budget, use a phrase consist of at least 3 words.as example "i love computer" Try that, and cut your budget. 30+ pound is too much for nothing.
I will check first thing tomorrow morning and see if my ads are appearing, it could be that my bids are too low but I'm sure they are not.
if you're bidding on kw's that aren't super long tail, then there's likely a chance you're not getting maximum impressions. unless you're in first position for all your keywords (which isn't usually the wisest strategy) then you can likely get more clicks. if you're concerned that you're not seeing the ads, use Google's ad preview tool. (just google "ad preview tool" ... apparently i can't post URLs here yet...). it will show you what placement users will see your ad in. if the case is your ad stopped showing, it may be that either 1. your CTR is so low that the placement has dropped and the ad isn't serving anymore (thus resulting in low quality score), 2. you changed something in the ad or you're bidding on something that is trademarked and your ads are in review, or 3. you've been banned. if you call customer service and *have the issue escalated*, they will tell you if you've been banned. but regular customer service won't know, google just stops serving ads. if it's #1, then increase your CTR (test taglines, ad copy, etc) and see if your placement goes up. good luck!
