Not ranking in google, could this error message be a clue?

When checking this page....http://www.googlerankings.com/, I see that for the keywords: "because there will be more laws tomorrow than there are today" I am listed #1 in yahoo.... but not at all in google, or msn. MSN has me deep in their listings for other keywords, but it's a NO GO with google. Could this error message from http://www.googlerankings.com/ have something to do with it?

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wwwuser/docroot/gabor/msndroid_sql.php on line 120

Also, a search for this.... link:http://www.overruled.org/ from google says it couldn't find anything.

Anyone offer any help for my problems with google?
    Other info:
I was banned from adsense about a month ago, the site is submitted in many, many directories, the domain is over a year old, keywords in titles and alt tags, sent sitemap to google, have robots.txt.

    Site is in sig,
    thanks

Google does not show any backlinks and your PR is 0. This is probably a big reason why.

Being banned from adsense is not a good sign for your site. Google may have just taken the next step against your site and removed it from their index.

searching for my domain on google brings up a listing, which leads me to believe its not removed from their index.

You have 9 links with Google.

When you used link:www.yoursite.com Google don’t show all is counting links.

To find out all you counting link at Google you can used: http://www.way2seo.com/tools/backlinks/index.php
