Hi, "Not properly indexed pages" are those that are not indexed by the search engines. To get indexed in the search engines, modify the website according to the search portals' guidelines. Search engines' prefer the sites which are regularly updated, so add fresh content to the site regularly, and submit the site to search engines, get back-links from high pr sites. Ketunchy
and if all your sites are still not indexed yet you can manually submit the non-indexed pages to social bookmarking sites. that is always working.

if you want to improve your site, start your optimization at your site on page factor, fix the title and description tags.
Indexed pages are not proper means they are not indexed by the search engines. To get indexed the main thing you have to do is modify your website and mostly the content which you have provided in your site according to search engine guidelines.They will prefer mostly the reguler update pages so you have to do like this than definitely you are going to get good back links.
can you show us your site URL? may be you are domain or internal pages are not google friendly so is think is create Google friendly pages and then start of page work make sure you have add unique meta tag on your internal pages
I read somewhere that SEO traffic is tough, it is better to target referral traffic. So the idea is to get all the social bookmarking, video, myspace, Web2.0 sites to link to your site. Make hubpages, squidoo lens, twitter, stumbleupon etc. Sounds like lots of work to me.
