Have you checked how many pages are in the site using the API?

I believe that the numbers returned are sometimes different to those you will find on google.com

What's the site URL? Is it spammish or duplicate content? Google has been filtering much of those pages out these days.

    Hi
Where can I do that? I use the keyword tracker but don't think I know where I can find where I can check site pages indexed with it.

Under tracking backlinks. Add your URL (tell us the URL so we can see too) and it will show backlinks and pages in URL.

    OK
    URL of site is
    http://www.1coolwebsite.co.uk/

That is just a basic page because it is still under construction. If you go to http://www.1coolwebsite.co.uk/sitemap-2.shtml you will see the access to the rest of the site and yes before you ask there is a link to the sitemap from the main page at the bottom!

Google has dropped all the pages from the index in an API query.

Oh right, yes that says 219 but it hasnt been updated since these dynamic pages have been added. If you check by site command in google it says 7300 at some data centers and 10000+ at others.

This has been at this level for a few weeks and my weight was at 6000 for a good few days, 2000 before that.

    Sorry what does that mean?

    I see 21,800 from www.1coolwebsite.co.uk on g.co.uk.

It must be indeed the API serving up something different.

It means your pages are not in the Google index when you query with the API any longer.

And looking at a few pages, they are Amazon feeds. Wouldn't be surprised if all will be filtered out of the index soon.

yeah, and the sitemap--2 page has 354 links on it with just about no content. I think as Shawn and others have been saying lately, sites like this have been getting filtered out of the index.
