Maybe it was indexed on different country and as far as I know the indexing system for images is based on the keyword on alt tag

at first, what is your image alt tag?
and then try it by type:
your_alt_tag yourdomain.com in google image search

ah i se what you mean now. Then i have a question for you, what would be the best to set the alt tag to ? the page name, the image tag, or the image name ?

There doesn't seem to be a cache of the page that has an image on it either.

Not sure how many images you have on your site, but Google says: "Results 1 - 10 of about 192 from imagefrog.net"
So Google has only indexed 192 pages.

You need to make sure that the page that loads the image can be found and followed by Google.
A separate title and description for each page may help.

EDIT: Also in webmaster tools >> Settings... you can enable "enhanced image search"

    Cheers

Well, at the moment all of your page names say "Imagefrog.net - Image Hosting", so thats no good. A lot of the time, image names are "dsc-1234.jpeg" or similar, so that won't help describing what the image is about either.
The image tag seems to be your best option.
If its possible, a combination of tag and image name would be best.

    Cheers

After you've given your images descriptive alt tags you can also join Google's "Image Labeler". It's inside "setting" in your google webmaster account.

ah i se. how about now ? if you check for example http://www.imagefrog.net/show.php/7408_newyork.jpg and http://www.imagefrog.net/show.php/7412_thedreamii.jpg

the title is now "Imagefrog.net - Image Hosting :: imagename" that is better right ?

edit: each page on my site now has their own unique one "Imagefrog - "Someting" this will be much bether right ?
