I run an SEO firm and our employees are members of DigitalPoint (it's company policy). The forum is instrumental in helping us with our jobs (thanks very much, btw). Unfortunately, our two newest employees were not able to sign up because they didn't get the verifications email after creating their accounts. Is there anything we can do to that email sent. They've clicked resend and tried both our company email addresses and personal addresses as well. Please PM me if you need more specific information. Thanks again.
Sometimes you just have to wait awhile. If it takes too long, then request for another one. Otherwise, I dont know.
Another member got banned for this as he dint received verification mail, thus created another ID which caught him.
