    If you close the door, nobody comes in.

    The tag that you are using tells Yahoo to leave your site alone.
    The complete tag is actually:
    <meta name="robots" content="noodp, noydir, nofollow">

    noodp means No Open Directory
    noydir means No Yahoo Directory
    nofollow means just that.

    This tag is usually used if you have a part of your site that you want to keep secret.
    It should not prevent Yahoo to index and list your site, but well, we do not live in an ideal world.

    If I would be a search engine spider and I would read a sign "keep out", I would do so,
    even if it would not explicitly list my name.

    So, remove that damn tag!

    If you want to get traffic from yahoo, your content should be fresh and with your keywords. Yahoo provides importance for your content.
