I believe you need to improve your blog, you need to have a better design and reduce the ads, because you have more ads then useful info. Then you need to get traffic, try to do some SEO (backlinks, social bookmarking, etc)
Just optimize your blog through high PR social bookmarking and make your blog attractive and user friendly. Don't just post advertisement on your blog, add relevant unique content.
Do social networking, social bookmarking and do press release submission this will help you to generate quality traffic.

Forums are great source of traffic. You can put your links on your signature. And be sure to read the rules on forums and don't post non-sense topic or bump old thread. And you can also do social media like Facebook and Twitter. Hope it helps.
First i found your site place a time on top of your website which i unable to find the point what the time doing there. Beside that your you did a messy exchange link as i can see you place it all around below the page. Those will cost a bad design and low speed. You need put more effort on SEO. learn more on onsite. Did well in your meta description so atleast you can get some ranking in Page Rank.
