Not getting commisions for CJ? Please help

Hi,

I am promoting google tool bar through cj and have not yet recived any comissions on the stats page - even thought I know there have been a number of sales. i am very new to this and wonder if I have done something wrong? I have been through the FAQ on cj and I think I'm doing everything right.

Does it take time for the sales to shjow up on cj account manager?

P.S I am promoting Yahoo...they have approved me.

are you promoting to US traffic?

 

I am promoting to all area's but the US is the biggest. When you say it takes time show in the stats do you mean, hours, days? I am getting good traffic by promoting like crazy but am loosing steam as i am not sure the sales are being counted

It can take up to 24 hours for stats to be reported in the CJ interface... usually not that long though.

Are you sure you pulled the correct tracking link? Chances are your link could be wrong. If you want to PM me the link I can check it for you.

 

I've had stats as far back as 3 days back be delayed by cj.

sometimes cj's tracking is very backed up from my experience
