Not getting blog info when I hover over a name

    I have two Twitter accounts. On one, when I hover over a blog name I get a popup with a small box showing all of that blog basic information. On the other account, I get nothing.

    I have looked all through the Twitter settings and can't find anything that will turn this feature on. It happens on four different browsers using Windows 7. Can anyone help?
