I am new to this also but I know that e mail is not a good use. You could start by just posting here to get back links each day or several times a day.
That email list you bought is sadly going to be long dead by the time you got it. Everyone on that list will not receive your emails you send. Sorry. I recommend you read around on this forum alot more to figure out the basics of the process to get traffic. Link building, content, social media etc
A classified submitter is not recommended! Avoid advertising on email marketing sites and especially companies that says something like this "Send XX,XXX Emails for only $X. People will do not read them. Build your own real list. Totally agree with donaldong. A back link (or incoming link or inbound link) is a link that comes from a webpage to your webpage.
Email marketing is not very effective. if using this try to use good attractive subject to get your email open.
You have to pick a specific target audience to market to. Then find keywords that are related to that audience. There is a good tool to determine which keywords may produce the best results in terms of possible sales. Email me (see profile) if you want more details. Dave T
DON'T buy leads or lists. You need to develop your own list for a specific market. You need a target market, traffic generated by targeted ads and an autoresponder.
