    Do a search in goolge like this "your keywords dofollow" (without quotes). Post comments on relevant blogs with link in your name.

    Go to google and create google alert for those keywords. You will get links of sites that mentions those keywords.

    Make sure that your content offers something to the people from which you are asking for a link. If your site has something of value then others will link to you when you request it. I always ask for a one way link by telling the other webmaster why my content would be helpful to their visitors. Most people say no. A bunch give me the link and a few ask for a reciprocal. Since I'm targeting related sites I have no problem trading the recip when someone asks.
