    uhmmm... A psd file is a photoshop file... For an image... How can you turn an image into HTML? I guess it must be a preview of a site design? and you want the website made...? If so, you'll need a designer...

    Im not sure if i know what you mean. But I can turn a template in PSD format into a HTML file editable in dreamweaver...
