Whent he Google Adwords keywords tool returns a "-" (not enough data for a search), what type of fugures does this indicate?

Does this indicate 0-10 searches per month?
    0-20 searches?
    0-30?
    0-40?
    0-50?

Would appreicate feedback as some customers want local searches - but local towns + keywords give me not enough data; would like to be able to give them an idea as to what this means.

It means there hasn't been enough searches for them to bother collecting data about it. There has not been enough searches to give you meaningful data. I remember reading once something like less than four searches. I also remember reading that a very large percentage (can't remember the percentage but something huge) of searches are unique and likely will never be used again.

Less than four searches? - Interesting - has anyone else got any info?

The lowest number I've ever seen Google return is in the 30s so I was wondering if it meant less than 20/30 or something???????
