first you need to make xml file then upload it on site . com/sitemap.xml Now log in to google webmaster tool & submit this url onto google sitemap.

Google lists several sites that have free tools to create the file. Sorry, I can't find the link right now...but it's there. I'm still questioning if it's good to use em. I've seemed to have mixed results.
