Not been able to add coop code in 1 site

    Hi i Just start with this tool and have used for all my sites bur for 1 site i am not been able to add code and validate i think some coding problems in my site.It is not including .php file.I have try to update the htaccess also with addtype code also but then the site got down give error.My site is www.seo-solution.net

    Existing htacess code is
