Not as expected

My site http://www.yowallpapers.com its fairly new and i am working to build more traffic. Current traffic is 120+ UV / day. Average clicks r 15-22 / day and earning is like 0.42$-0.90$ . Please Tell me what should i do to increase my earning. Suggestions please.

 

your niche (wallpaper) is very low paying..

 

You should consider adding some additional features to your site (other than just wallpaper). Add features / content that your audience will use and it might yield some more ads for them to click on (that pay more). You seriously need to increase your traffic in order to make good income with AdSense on a Wallpapers site. As the other guy said, it's a very low paying niche.

 

Promote a couple of affiliate programs that your site visitors might be interested in - like photoshop tricks or something like that.

You should not be disappointed. That traffic is good for a new website. Mine (which is 2 months old) is only getting <5 uv per day however I am aiming to increase this number to around 100.

 

Sometimes this happens ,you may get low value clicks when there are not too many advertisers for your niche content

the best example for this is cricket(A very low paying niche)

 

This is for those how suffers from less than 5 UV per day. This was my traffic once.My site http://www.yowallpapers.com . U can try this as i did to make my traffic 5 to 120+ UV. It also increased my earning 1$ a week form 1$ per day (My niche is low paying). Find a popular site on ur niche and look for its backlinks. u can try this link.

Then contact (email) the admin or try to find them in DP.(type that sites url on the search box of DP) this way u can know the name of the admin of that site then PM them. If U r failed then go to next site. I am sure u will get a reply form those admins. Now ask them for link exchange. first do about 10 exchanges. Then try to build 2 or 3 way link exchange. And there r lots of free directories there. Submit to those that doesn't require recip link. These Days SE do not care about recip links. I am not saying tht u cant do recip link. Make a extra page for recip links. No need to place ADS there. This way google will index ur site more and also u will get traffic from those sites. And always try to get a sitewide link exchange.

And tips for increasing clicks on ads. AVOID DARK BACK GROUNDS AND MAKE UR SITE AND ADS MORE COLORFUL AND BRIGHT. Place Ads inside contents and place link ads under menus or navigators. And off course no need to make them the same color as the menu. Sometimes Odd colors r attractive to click. And if there is a space to place another search box then try to place an extra google search box. why not make it different color!!

I am not an expert and i am not earning like a thousand $$ every month. But my earning is increasing day by day and i am happy wit it. I wrote these from my experience. If i am wrong then please correct me. I hope this will help some one. Thank you

I suggest you increase your traffic.

 

100 uv/day is very low wait untill you reach like 1500-2000 then you can see if it's a good earner or not

But thath niche is low paying

 

AdSense pays very poorly.

But, if you want to increase your AdSense income, you will need to focus on building more traffic.

 

just get more traffic
