    I have filled the form for more then 10 times
    And with different sites of mine.
    I have tried it all.
    I have tried blogs of Blogger, wordpress, etc.
    So.. Please tell me some way out?

    I got it for sirjorge.com and for whatever reason they approved it, then i didn't use it on that site and use the code for my blogger accounts and so far no problems.

    I'm assuming they are reluctant to get more sites involved due to current buyout offers and ill fated news.
