Not allowed Adsense, yet others are?

Hi guys, I signed up to adsense a while ago. But was declined because my website http://www.adwordaffiliate.co.uk
breaches the TOS by having a google copyrighted term in the URL, this being "adword."

However, over the past few months I have seen many many other sites out there that also have the adsense or adword in the title yet they are plastered with Adsense for content all over them i.e. adsenseguide.info

Just wondering, how the hell do those sites get away with breaching the TOS and not getting caught?

Anyway, would appreciate it if anyone has come across this before :)

    Cheers
    Stu

Many people create a "clean" website just to get their adsense approved fast and then they can spread their code everywhere...
for example creating a blog in blogger.com is one of the fastest way to have your adsense cleared.
imho this is not a fault of the "guilty" webmasters, its a fault of google itself that should have more strict policies regarding websites admissions, and should ask for authorization for every site in which adsense is used.

    What do you mean actually?
There is no TOS violation in what I said. Building junk websites just to make money with adsense, yes this maybe a tos violation depending on how it's done, but mainly it's a disadvantage for the overall quality of the net :)

Hey, adwordaffiliate, Google has trolls on this board, so I'd be very, VERY cautious about spreading around that you got one over them, if you know what I mean. ;)

Um... You have Adsense ads on adwordaffiliate.co.uk. You said it yourself that it was against their TOS, so you applied using another site, then slap Adsense on the site that they had already said No to you.

    But whatever. It's your account.

I'm glad Google has people "trolling" this forum -- it helps them create a better product to help both advertisers and content creators, and it also helps them keep the made-for-adsense site creators poor :)

You seem to be incapable of reading, I said the domain name was against TOS. They asked me to change the domain name to something that didn't have Adword in it in order to utilise Adsense. Adwordaffiliate has no Adsense on it.
