not all paper invoices printed?

    Hi,

    I am new to using optigold. We just ran our billing for the month and the amount of printed invoices looks light. Is there a way to find out how many invoices were supposed to be printed in optigold?

    We do not print CC invoices, so not our entire customer base gets printed, but the number that printed out just seems light.

    any help would be appreciated

    The Audit Trail Reports under Maintenance & Preferences should give you that data.
