Ok. First things first. Ditch the blogspot address. Do yourself a big favor and try to puchase a domain that you can mask your blogspot address with. You don't have to get hosting you just need a domain. GoDaddy is usually pretty cheap on domains and has good domain management setup. After you have domain, then you need do some serious revising of content. Remember the guy that mentioned don't junk up your site with nothing but ads? Well that is what you have. A site with a lot of ads. I like to call sites like this serial advertisers. It does nothing for content. All you have done is placed a buch of, "this widget does this, you should buy it" posts. No repeat visitors from content like that. You have to give users an incentive to return to your site. If this is the type of site you want to run, then you need to make these revisions. Change your posts to include affiliate links via a graphical image of the product. Be sure to use alt tags on the image. Do not keep it simple. Give detailed reviews listing the good and the bad about the products. Change your view to allow only one post per page. Too many posts per page distracts users. Truly your objective is not to get people to click on your affiliate links in the posts. Your objective is to give a review that is going to get them to search for another product. In fact it would do well to put products on your site that are not the best of quality. Then users will think hey this product isn't that good, let me look elsewhere for another product. Oh look LG has a cool phone in this google ad. Clickety, click, click, click! Cha-Ching! You may also want to consider changing blog platforms. Using the free blogspot hosting is not recommended. In fact I wouldn't even use blogger's platform. You need to use wordpress for your blog. It has more of a "real webpage" feel to it. You can also move the adsense ads around to different locations to improve your click through rate by tweaking your ad placement. Wordpress will require you to get a hosting account, which really isn't that expensive. You can get hosting at Godaddy for around $36 per year. You can also get a domain for $1.99 when you buy hosting with them. There may be cheaper hosts, but I would stick with Godaddy because they are rock solid reliable. If you do choose another host, even though they are more expensive than GoDaddy I would use hostgator.com. You will be able to install wordpress via fantastico with them. Godaddy has a similar service I think, for installing apps like wordpress. Hope this helps. There is more that could be said, but this should keep you busy for a while.
It is never ceases to amaze us how people are not making money online. It is nuts! Keep working at it. The only way to predict your own future, is to create it!
Enlighten us with your words of advice. You make it sound so easy . It is hard for me to keep up also!
Adsense will work best on pages related to the most lucrative markets. I am not suggesting "made for adsense pages" but the top paying adsense pages are related to: Insurance, Home equity loans, loans, Legal etc... Make sure the ads are viewed when someone first enters the page. The large text block works best. Adsense does work if you get visitors. I made over $500 in one day! Good luck!
niche , blendin factor , traffic , the three point strategy Ive blend in well , ive got decent traffic, but the niche is poor paying , so probably the first step is to find a niche.
For original poster, one thing i see wrong with your site is yes of course blogspot isnt good , you need a domain. But take out your banners on your ads, and make it look like googles ads are part of your site! 90% of the time people ignore text with banners, it is obvious that its an ad. Just trying to help, i know for a fact that it increased my CTR from 0.5-1% to 2-3% ,and yes use text_image ads for best results!
