Can't see why you are not able to do that but is there any error message you get when you press edit?
Once you edit a thread, it is bumped and you cannot use the edit/bump function for another 30 days, unless you buy Premium Membership. You're allowed only one edit/bump per month without the Premium Membership.

Though i am going to edit for the first time, i am only able to get edit option didn't get any bump option. When i click on edit it will only allow me to edit sale type and Buy it now price field not title and description.

Where exactly have you created the thread, in the Marketplace (https://marketplace.digitalpoint.com/) or in the 'Buy,Sell or Trade' section in the forums? I guess for threads in the marketplace, you cannot edit the title after creating them but I'm not fully sure about this. A mod or some senior member or somene who uses the marketplace/BST extensively will be able to advise you much better.
If nothing is working, try using the 'Report' option if it exists in the first post of your sales thread. Report that you want to delete the thread because there are some updates to be made. IF the mods delete that thread, create a new one with correct details.
    Hope this helps.
